ORTHOKINE - BIODERMAL – PLATELET LITE PLASMA

medicine, osteoarthritis, spinal diseases, chronic pain syndromes.
Today with the use of specific PV 200R test tubes in Boron Silicate and a dedicated "APAG P" device, the application of Orthokine also
extends to Aesthetic dermatology.
The PV 200 R tube with the use of "Medifuge MF 200" device, concentrates anti-inflammatory substances able to block the
biological cascade of interleukin 1, the main agent causing inflammation and osteoarthritis.
Studies carried out on inflammation, cartilage destruction, disc prolapse and pain, confirm that this treatment has positive effects both immediately and over time, without adverse situations.
Autologous plasma serum conditioned.

Autologous serum use on patients resistant to PRP treatment, especially in patients with
gonarthrosis (degenerative lesions, pain and difficulty in movement).

Conservative treatment - arthrosis - large joints degenerative processes of the articular cartilage.
In degenerative processes, the significant role is played by some cytokines with catabolic action: the most important is IL-1 (LES INHIBITEURS DE L’INTERLEUKINE-1).
The process is enriched with anti-inflammatory cytokines, in particular IL-1Ra (IL-1 receptor antagonist), a glycoprotein produced by monocytes with an inhibitory action against IL-1.
Procedure:
- Take blood with the butterfly needle and fill the tubes.
- Put them in "APAG P" device previously switched on at use 2 specific programs 3 or 6 hours).
As first treatment it is recommended the “3-hour program”: the “6 hours program” for subsequent treatments.
- After exposure in "APAG P", 3/6 hours, balance the tubes left and right about 4 times: then put the tubes in "Medifuge MF 200" device using CGF or PRP2 cycle.
- Once the separation time has been completed, remove all the serum above the red part with 10 ml syringe, then transfer the serum with a 0,2 μm filter mounted in the
syringe, then transfer the serum with a 0,2 μm filter mounted in the syringe.
Two test tubes are required for facial treatments.
In facial and hair treatment you can use 30G needles or vacuum gun 2/9 needles.
- The serum prepared and filtered with 0,2 μm may be frozen at -18/20°.
It can be used up to 6 months. For use of the serum kept at -18/20°, take the syringe, hold it in your hand 10 minutes or put in "APAG P" at 37° for 10 minutes, then apply without any filter.
Treatment once a week - The serum can be frozen at - 18/20 °.
Serum Process - Application
Activation of the complement by freezing - 18°/20° and thawing for 3 times.
The complement system is an essential element of the immune system in the mechanisms of humoral defense against infectious agents; it is a system consisting of several blood and membrane proteins, capable of interacting with each other. It is called "completion" because of its ability to enhance the opsonizing activity of antibodies.

- It sanities the microenvironment from immune complexes and apoptotic cells.
Aerosol dispensing
The conditioned serum can be diluted from 30% - 50% with medical physiological solution.
Use both during the evolutionary phase or at the first manifestation of the dyspnea symptomatology and/or desaturation relief.
